We are a state-of-the-art, fully digital architecture practice combining innovative technologies with many years of planning experience. From precise building surveys and three-dimensional design to digital project management, we support construction projects using advanced methods – efficiently, transparently and with a forward-looking approach.
Using high-precision 3D laser scanners, we capture existing buildings with millimetre accuracy – from individual rooms to complex building structures. We process the resulting point cloud through reverse engineering to create measured surveys, as-built drawings and a complete digital representation of the existing building – a reliable basis for conversion, extensions, refurbishment and expansion.
We develop intelligent, three-dimensional building models: digital twins that offer far more than conventional architectural drawings. Depending on the project requirements, building modelling follows either an Open BIM or a Closed BIM approach; we seamlessly integrate data from Revit and other Autodesk applications. The digital twin brings geometry, materials, building elements and technical information together in a central model. This allows buildings to be experienced digitally before construction and provides a valuable data foundation throughout their entire life cycle.
Architecture, structural engineering and building services are digitally coordinated. Automated model checks, clash detection and simulations help us identify potential conflicts at an early stage – before they become costly problems on site. We also incorporate KNX-based building automation into our planning from the outset.
Photorealistic 3D visualisations and virtual building tours make architecture tangible during the design phase. Spaces, materials, light and proportions are clearly presented, supporting well-informed decisions. On request, we also provide 3D-printed models as tactile aids for presentations and discussions.
Powerful software supports tendering, cost planning, project management and ongoing monitoring of construction projects. With 4D planning (scheduling) and 5D planning (costs), we keep programmes and budgets in view; cost tracking and construction progress monitoring reveal deviations early. Following Lean Construction principles, we work transparently and minimise waste – enabling traceable decisions and a high degree of planning and cost certainty.
